"I see too many people who are innocent cry, too many people take their lives, too many people. We are innocent men,” former York County death row inmate, Noel Montalvo, said. Montalvo, now 60-years-old, was sentenced along with his brother for the 1998 murders of his brother’s wife and her new boyfriend.
