MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — A Maryland man was sentenced Friday for shooting and killing his then-pregnant girlfriend, their unborn child and a store clerk back in 2022. A Montgomery County judge ordered 33-year-old Torrey Moore to spend three consecutive life sentences and an additional 80 years in prison. Moore was convicted back in November 2024 for fatally shooting 26-year-old Denise Middleton, who was eight months pregnant at the time.
