WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — A new form of public transportation should make it easier for commuters to get around. The Luzerne County Transportation Authority (LCTA) launched its new microtransit service on Monday. LCTA Connects is a new on-demand rideshare service making its way to luzerne county. “We have several vans we have three different zones,” said LCTA Executive Director Bob Fiume.
