WYOU is a CBS-affiliated television station that operates on virtual channel 22 and VHF digital channel 12. It is based in Scranton, Pennsylvania, and serves the Wilkes-Barre area as well. The station is owned by Mission Broadcasting, while Nexstar Media Group, which also owns the NBC affiliate WBRE-TV (channel 28) in Wilkes-Barre, manages WYOU through a shared services agreement. Both stations have their studios located on South Franklin Street in downtown Wilkes-Barre, with WYOU maintaining a news bureau and sales office next to its previous studios on Lackawanna Avenue in downtown Scranton. The station's transmitter is situated at the Penobscot Knob antenna farm near Mountain Top.
