Gary Barnett's Extell Development Co. has bought a group of buildings next to one of the company's residential development sites in Midtown, continuing its recent flurry of activity in Manhattan. Extell paid $103.3 million to take over the 125-year-old walk-up apartment buildings at 33 to 39 E. 60th St., according to New York City property records made available Wedesday. Solil Management Corp.
