Agriculture and rural issues were front and centre during Niagara-on-the-Lake Lord Mayor Gary Zalepa’s sixth and final community meeting. Held April 17 at the Virgil fire station, the meeting attracted about 25 people and followed five other open houses across Niagara-on-the-Lake, including Glendale, Queenston and Virgil in January and February. The meetings highlighted what town council has done over the past year and allowed residents to ask questions and receive feedback from town staff.
