FRANKLIN, Ind. (WISH) — A a Johnson County man’s child custody fight led him to drive his truck into Johnson County’s juvenile justice center in Franklin on Mother’s Day. The outside of the building on Monday was boarded up, but the leftover damage inside was a reminder of just how dangerous the situation was. Jacob Dhondt rammed the juvenile center about 11:40 a.m. Sunday with so much force that he came extremely close to hurting people.
