    INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A family on the east side of Indianapolis was at its wits end with the AES Indiana utility due to their power being out for almost 24 hours on Thursday. Their frustration was not just from Wednesday’s storm. The family told I-Team 8 it’s been a long time in the making. As of 3:30 p.m. Thursday, AES said nearly 20,000 customers were still without power, but the utility had restored power to 70% of customers who lost it in the last 24 hours.
