    BOZEMAN, Mont. — A 21-year-old woman is dead after a motorcycle versus vehicle crash on Tuesday in Bozeman. According to Gallatin Co. Sheriff/Coroner, Dan Springer, Ava Tolliver of Bozeman was killed near the intersection of Stucky Rd. and Cottonwood Road. Tolliver's cause of death was determined to be blunt force injuries, and the manner was accidental. She was wearing a helmet.

    FLORENCE, Mont. — Stokes Markets has announced that they will purchase the Gary and Leo’s locations in Montana starting next month. In a press release obtained by NBC Montana, Stokes and Gary and Leo’s reached a mutual agreement, to have Stokes take over the Gary and Leo’s locations in Florence on May 22, Conrad on May 29, and Havre on June 5. As part of the transition, Stokes will introduce a rewards program, and a digital coupon platform.

    MISSOULA, Mont. — A Washington man wanted in connection to the disappearance of 82-year-old Marcia Norman of Washington, was arrested in Missoula early Tuesday morning. Jeffrey Kian Zizz, 47, was arrested on a fugitive charge in Missoula. According to Missoula Police, Following information received from Thurston County Sheriff's Office in Washington, indicating Zizz's possible presence in Missoula, MPD SWAT and Patrol units responded.

    BUTTE, Mont. — A woman paroled less than 30 months after being convicted of vehicular homicide while under the influence in Lake County was arrested in Butte. Shannon Sierra Haworth was convicted of one count of vehicular homicide in 2022 when she was 19 years old. Haworth was sentenced to 20 years with 10 years suspended. NBC Montana reached out to the Montana Board of Pardons and Parole to learn why Haworth was paroled after just two and a half years.
