A man found in Cascade Park with a deceased woman Tuesday has been charged criminal trespassing and assault on a peace officer. Bryan Hamilton Fisher, 37, who was taken into custody by Lorain County Metro Parks, was identified as the male camper who was found alongside 34-year-old Autumn Ball of Elyria. "We previously stated there has been no foul play in Ball's death and Fisher is not responsible in any way," Lt. Bill Lantz of the Elyria police said Thursday.

Known as RIP Medical Debt, the program was founded in 2014 with the intent of erasing medical debt for families. “RIP is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization where we acquire and cancel medical debt for people in financial hardship,” said Keith Hearle, president of RIP Medical Debt.
