    Kosciusko County Solid Waste Management District may soon have a new education outreach and marketing coordinator. On Tuesday, the Kosciusko County Solid Waste Management District Board heard that information from KCSWMD Director Tom Ganser. Though the board didn't have a normal meeting as it didn't have a quorum, Ganser did report on a few items. "I think by the end of the week, possibly early next week, we'll have an offer on the table for our new educator," he said.
