JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — TROPICAL STORM Idalia is expected to be named by Monday. This may become a hurricane before making landfall on the Gulf coast southwest of Lake City Tuesday night as a Category 1 hurricane. The storm as of Sunday morning continues to linger off the Yucatan Peninsula, some slow organization is taking place Sunday but as the storm starts to move north into Monday expect it to move over warm waters with reduced vertical wind shear giving it fuel to strengthen.
