Multiple Millcreek Township fire departments were called to put out a fire on Lakefront Dr. on Sunday evening. It was in a challenging area to access, but smoke could be seen streaming from the residence as firefighters worked to knock the flames down. The call came in for the area of Sycamore and Blackstone Dr. The lakefront home is located west of Waldameer and the Kelso Beach area. All Millcreek companies assisted—West Lake, West Ridge, Millcreek, Kearsarge and Belle Valley.

It happened just before 7:30 p.m. at The Reserve at Millcreek, which is located along Kuntz Rd.Police were called for a report of shots fired in the area of 1660 Treetop Dr.A witness said he heard at least three shots and stepped outside to see first responders performing CPR on a person down on the pavement.
