(WJET/WFXP) — A new study released today by J.D. Power shows that one store has taken the lead in improving the shopping experience, building a loyal customer base in the process. The study measures customer satisfaction at Home Improvement retailers, giving each a total score out of 1000. This year, J.D. Power found that brand loyalty is strong, with nearly two-thirds of customers saying that they will definitely shop at their store again, an increase of 9% from 2024.
