But hours before the doors to SoFi Stadium were set to open Monday, tickets for night one of the tour had dipped to as low as $57.50 — and thousands of seats appeared to remain available in resale markets, including on Ticketmaster. Some of Beyoncé’s upcoming shows haven’t had such dramatic price drops.

LOS ANGELES — A California lawmaker this week introduced legislation inspired by the viral reunion of “Oreo” the dog and his owner during the Los Angeles fires that aims to help save pets left behind during natural disasters. The proposed law, which has been filed in the California State Assembly but is not yet publicly available for viewing, is called the FOUND (Friends of Oreo Uniting During Disasters) Act.

UPDATE: The custodians received a financial settlement from the school district. Two former custodians with the Stanislaus Union School District in Modesto say they were sexually harassed and had to put up with sexual misconduct by their school's female principal during their time working at Mary Lou Dietrich Elementary. The custodians filed dual lawsuits against the district in 2016, claiming whistleblower retaliation, discrimination, and sexual harassment.
