    10 1/1 THE Beltane Queen for 2025 was revealed as Kingsland Primary pupil Annie Moore at a ceremony in the Drill Hall. Lorna Evans, chair of the Beltane Festival, announced the closely guarded secret at about 2.15pm on Wednesday in front of the Primary 6 and 7 pupils from three schools.     Police Scotland (Image: Police Scotland) A 12-year-old boy is in critical condition and three other people in hospital following a crash on the A1 last night. The collision involved a white Ford Transit Luton van and a black Peugeot 5008. Police say it happened at around 8.40pm on Thursday on the A1 close to Penmanshiel, between Cockburnspath and Granthouse.
