SOUTH NORWALK, Conn. – The South Norwalk Train Station is set to gain a new tenant as the Land Use and Building Management Committee unanimously approved a 10-year lease agreement with Sono Brewing Company during a special meeting on Tuesday. The lease involves approximately 1,059 square feet of space on the inbound side of the train station, previously occupied by LobsterCraft.

Norwalk’s Complete Streets ordinance, which sets standards for safer and more accessible city streets, is headed for final approval by the Common Council and adoption in November. The council’s Ordinance Committee voted unanimously Tuesday to send the ordinance to the full council for adoption at its November 12 meeting. If approved, the measure will go into effect within 30 days.
