A man on the state's 10 Most Wanted Fugitives List was arrested Monday morning in North Texas after an hours-long SWAT standoff. Trevor Rhea McEuen is charged in the 2023 shooting death of Aaron Martinez. Martinez was 35 at the time of his death in Forney, a Dallas suburb. McEuen, 33, was found hiding in a Van Zandt County home, according to a Texas Department of Public Safety news release.

San Antonio's homegrown fast food joint Burger Boy is set for a major milestone on Tuesday. The burger chain will open its 10th location in the San Antonio area at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday. The Windcrest location, at 7560 Interstate 35, will serve its signature made-to-order offerings daily from 10:30 a.m. to midnight Sunday through Thursday and 10:30 a.m. to 1 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
