COVENTRY – The property of an assisted living facility at 51 Laurel Ave. recently sold for $4.8 million, according to public records. The 12,375-square-foot building and the 0.52 acres of land were sold by Fresh Start Consulting LLC, a limited liability company based in Coventry. The property was owned by Fresh Start Consulting since June 2005. The property was purchased by 51 Laurel Ave. LLC, a limited liability company based in Montvale, N.J. The company is affiliated with David Lowinger.

WARWICK – A restaurant business is leasing the former lobby of a five-story hotel that’s being converted into housing, according to Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal. The 5,000-square-foot lobby space at the former Wyndham Hotel property at 1850 Post Road was leased to Pat’s Italian, a locally owned and operated Italian restaurant company, according to Sweeney Real Estate. The terms of the lease were not released by Sweeney Real Estate, which represented the owners in the deal.
Newly constructed coastal home in South Kingstown sells for $3M

The 814 Green Hill Beach Road home contains four bedrooms, four bathrooms and one half-bathroom. The three-level home, constructed in 2024 on nearly an acre of land, includes an elevator, according to a Zillow listing for the property.
Former Old Island Pub property in New Shoreham sells for $1.87M

NEW SHOREHAM – The former Old Island Pub property recently sold for $1.87 million, according to the executor’s deed, a public record of the sale. The 85 Ocean Ave. property was the home of the Old Island Pub for six years until the business closed in March. “We locked the doors at the Old Island Pub today for the last time,” the business said in a March 19 post shared on its Facebook page.
