Trevor: just the little that we’ve gotten into about the plan to run the ball efficiently, there’s so much stuff that I’m excited to get into… It’s a tough system to learn, but it’s going to set us up for success.

Trevor: It’s challenging for sure, but we’re past that point… Starting over is always hard… I have a lot of confidence in the group that we have here. I really believe in what we’re doing, and that’s where the excitement comes from.

Trevor: everyone is in alignment. It’s the same message. It’s very clear what the culture is going to be for the team. The message is pretty clear, and that’s important.

Trevor: I really believe in (the system)… Obviously it’s early, but I’m in alignment with all of the priorities… I think I’m going to be able to play faster and get through progressions and all that.

Trevor: there’s some things I’ve know about my footwork over the years that were a little bit of a weakness… The system is built around timing, and it all ties in to a quarterback’s feet.

Foye on Travon Walker: I’ve seen his growth from his rookie year to now… I like his work ethic as a player… The sky is the limit for him. He’s an athletic specimen.

Foye: These guys are going to push me and I think it comes at a great time in my career. I’m taking every challenge on and I’m excited to take new coaching.

Foye: we didn’t win last year, so whatever changes come this year are accepted

Coen on Trevor: it’s not really a change… Just tweaking. He’s incredibly talented & it’s about how we fine tune and get him to a place where he can cut loose, in rhythm… Not feel like every play is on “him”

Coen: We’re going to throw as much as we can handle at these guys mentally… We’re not going to know who we’ll truly be for a while

Coen on player participation: very pleased and appreciate of the guys for being here, taking the time knowing it’s voluntary… It’s setting a positive standard right now.

Coen: We have ten (draft) picks and we’re going to lean on some of those guys to play early on… We can’t be afraid of that… The goal is to get better quicker while having a vision of long-sustaining success… But we’re looking to win right now.
