A 2-truck collision involving many bottles of water strewn about the roadway. Delays continue as crews attend to the situation.

MassDOT said shortly before 7 a.m. that the left lane of Route 9 westbound was closed down at 250 Boylston. That's near the Chestnut Hill Mall. Our crew saw police on scene, and an SUV with a broken windshield. Details are still limited about what happened in the area.

A Boston schoolteacher is facing multiple charges related to alleged sexual communications over the internet with as many as six girls between the ages of 12-17, Brookline police said Friday. Police arrested 34-year-old John Gavin, of Brookline, early Friday morning at his condo. Photos from the scene showed a man being taken into custody by police shortly after 6 a.m., with bags of what appeared to be evidence being carried out of the building by Brookline and Boston police detectives.

The crash happened along Route 1A southbound at around 175 McClellan Highway, resulting in a road closure.
