WBTS-LD is a low-powered television station based in Boston, Massachusetts, operating on virtual channel 8 and UHF digital channel 46. As an NBC owned-and-operated station, it is part of the NBC Owned Television Stations division of NBCUniversal. WBTS is in a duopoly with WNEU, a Telemundo station licensed in Merrimack, New Hampshire, which broadcasts on channel 60. The station shares its studio space with New England Cable News (NECN) at Wells Avenue in Newton, while its transmitter can be found in Needham.
