He’ll be with the team in St. Louis on Tuesday, per Anne Rogers with MLB.com. The former Florida gator and sixth overall pick in the 2024 MLB Draft was promoted to Triple-A Omaha just two weeks ago, turning heads with five home runs in his first week. KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - Chiefs head coach Andy Reid doesn’t have a timetable for Rashee Rice’s return, but said Monday the wide receiver is progressing. Reid offered injury updates on both Rice and tight end Jared Wiley on Monday. Both players suffered season-ending knee injuries last season. “They’re doing well,” Reid said. “I can’t tell you when they’ll be back exactly here. Both of them bust their tail. They’re running, which is good. We’ll just see how it goes going forward here.
