State of plate: For starters, I had a blue cheese and onions empanada ($3.45) and a squash empanada ($3.95) â but only one stole my heart. The blue cheese empanada was crispy, creamy and packed with flavor. They are on the smaller side though, so the price tag is a bit daunting.
