If you’re a fan of artists like Vampire Weekend, Fall Out Boy or Jenny Lewis, chances are that you’ve heard Greta Morgan’s music live. Morgan’s band The Hush Sound — which toured with Fall Out Boy while Morgan was still a suburban Illinois high schooler — signed on to Pete Wentz’s label DCD2 Records (then Decaydance Records) in the mid-aughts. She went on to create a number of projects, from solo band Springtime Carnivore to a punk cover album with LA rocker Katy Goodman.
