INDIANAPOLIS – All of Indiana’s public higher education institutions have committed to tuition freezes, the Braun administration announced Tuesday. Gov. Mike Braun said the move involves all 15 of Indiana’s public colleges and universities and their various regional campuses. The institutions agreed to keep tuition and mandatory fees flat for in-state undergraduate students for the 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 academic years.

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. (WXIN) – An Indiana State trooper accused of theft attempted to defraud a company out of more than $800, investigators say. Andrew Kocsis, 39, is charged with felony counts of theft and obstruction of justice, along with a misdemeanor count of fraud. Kocsis has served as an ISP trooper for 17 years and was most recently assigned to the General Headquarters in Indianapolis.

All shows are included with paid fair admission and seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Concerts are scheduled to start at 7:30 p.m. unless otherwise noted.
