EAU CLAIRE — A man facing nine counts of possession of child pornography pleaded not guilty at his Wednesday arraignment. Ladislau Gloria, 39, Eau Claire, was charged in February after authorities interviewed him about a cybertip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. According to the criminal complaint, the center flagged a Kik account that had multiple apparent images of child pornography.
