    A University of Delaware student has been charged with two felony-level counts of invasion of privacy. Christofer Miedreich, 19, an undergraduate student, turned himself in to University of Delaware Police on Nov. 11. A day earlier, on Nov. 10, Delaware’s Office of the Attorney General approved two felony-level charges of invasion of privacy against Miedreich following a multi-week investigation by UD Police to recover evidence that Miedreich had video-recorded the victim without consent.
