STATE COLLEGE, Pa. — Three days, seven games, and four champions later, the 2025 spring sports season has officially come to a close. Championship weekend started on Thursday with Central Dauphin taking on Nazareth for the 6A softball state title. The Rams jumped out to an early lead off of an RBI-single from Gabrielle Shirk in the bottom of the first. Leading 1-0 after one, Nazareth was able to plate one in the top of the second off of a solo homerun to even the score.

The Orioles have started to offer specialty ticket packages at various pre-selected games throughout the season that allow fans to bring their dogs to the ballpark. “We were so excited,” said Katelyn Young, who brought her golden retriever to Camden Yards on Wednesday.
