OKLAHOMA CITY — Without discussion or debate in open session, the Oklahoma State Board of Education voted unanimously to suspend the teaching certificates of four northeastern Oklahoma educators Thursday. Arrested by the Tulsa Police Department on Sept. 28, former Bixby High School Principal Mickey Replogle was suspended from his job on Sept. 29 after multiple students and adults reported smelling alcohol on him at the school’s fall dance that night at the Renaissance Hotel, 6808 S. 107th East Ave.
