Tulsa and much of the state remains under a flash flood watch through 7 p.m. Monday, as additional rounds of showers and storms are expected. Renewed storm development is likely by mid to late afternoon Sunday with an associated increase in severe potential as the more unstable airmass will increase, the National Weather Service said. Storm coverage is likely to steadily increase through evening, forecasters said, and any additional heavy rains will lead to quick onset flooding.
