Montanans are feeling the pinch at the grocery store, just like the rest of America. The latest commodity to skyrocket in price is eggs. The incredible, edible egg is currently around $5 a dozen - and up - at local grocers due to bird flu sweeping the country. Eggs are the most recent example, but it seems like no aisle in the store has been safe from inflation and/or price gouging tactics.

After another weekend of warm temperatures, water levels on Montana's rivers and streams have increased significantly, prompting forecasters to issue warnings for runoff for the next couple of days. While most of the state's rivers have been running "bank full", or high since Saturday, none of the major rivers were anywhere close to "action" stage. -One exception was the Bitterroot River, which was climbing toward minor flooding by Sunday evening.
