COLCHESTER — Four young people from Barre have been linked to a suspicious fire that caused damage to a popular recreation facility in Colchester. BRANDON — Authorities say they have arrested a former employee of Café Provence Restaurant in Brandon for stabbing the owner of the downtown establishment as patrons looked on Saturday afternoon.
