NewsState Troopers tell 21 News at least one person died in the crash. Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) in Lawrence County have identified the victim of fatal head-on accident on Route 422 in Pulaski Township. The crash happened around 6:45 a.m. Monday near the state line. According to the report, 60-year-old Catherine Rodgers of New Castle was killed in the collision. State Police say Rodgers was driving east on Route 422 while another car was traveling westbound.

The crash involving a van and a SUV was reported just before 7 a.m. Monday, near the King’s Motel along the state line on McCartney Road. State Troopers tell 21 News that at least one person died in the crash. Another person was taken to a hospital. There's no word on the extent of injuries or the names of those involved.
