More discussion regarding odors coming from the city's Cargill plant took place at Monday night's Nebraska City City Council meeting.     (Red Oak) -- Six juveniles face charges in connection with a harassment incident in Red Oak. Red Oak Police say the male juveniles were arrested late Sunday evening for 3rd degree harassment. Police say the victim--a local teacher--reported receiving multiple calls from various phone numbers late last week. Authorities say the callers appeared to be young males attempting to disguise their voices, with audible laughter heard in the background.
