When I flew into Sacramento International shortly before the Memorial Day weekend, I experienced something unexpected as I drove out of the parking garage. As I pulled up to the exit gate, I readied to insert my parking ticket into the exit kiosk, but when I looked up, the screen showed my correct balance due was already displayed without ever scanning my ticket.
