    DENVER (KDVR) — A Douglas County School District teacher was arrested on charges of sexual assault on a child. On Tuesday, the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said detectives with the Special Victims Unit arrested 49-year-old David Feil, of Littleton, on two counts of sexual assault on a child by one in a position of trust. He is being held on a no-bond hold at the Douglas County Detention Facility.

    DENVER ( KDVR) - A semitruck carrying eggs crashed on westbound Interstate 70 between Tower Road and Airport Boulevard in Aurora on Monday. The Aurora Police Department told FOX31 that the call came in at about 12:30 a.m. when the semitruck driver reportedly swerved to avoid sudden braking after the cars in front began to brake, and crashed into a highway message board pole. Police said the truck driver was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.

    DENVER (KDVR) — A home was destroyed and two family pets died after a house fire in Coal Creek Canyon. On Tuesday at 4:20 p.m., the Boulder County Sheriff’s Office said multiple agencies responded to a structure fire in the 500 block of Crescent Lake Road in unincorporated Boulder County. Deputies said the homeowners were away at the time of the fire, but discovered the flames after they returned home. The sheriff’s office said the main part of the house was a total loss.

On Tuesday, the National Football League announced the 2025 international schedule, and the Denver Broncos are slated to play the New York Jets at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London on Sunday, Oct. 12. The game will begin at 7:30 a.m. MT, or 2:30 p.m. GMT, on the NFL Network and NFL+.
