    BENTON COUNTY, ARKANSAS, Ark. — A hearing has begun in the Arkansas capital murder trial for a woman accused of the 2022 death of a pregnant woman. Amber Waterman, who is already serving a life sentence for kidnapping and killing Ashley Bush of Arkansas, who was 31 weeks pregnant, is back in court on Monday, April 7. Waterman made her first court appearance in Benton County on Oct. 28 after pleading guilty to kidnapping resulting in death and causing the death.
