It comes as the 60-year-old faces allegations of inappropriate sexual comments from 13 people across a range of shows over a 17-year period, as reported by BBC News which said it sent a letter to the TV star’s representatives earlier this week.

James Watt - the founder of beer giant BrewDog - has announced his engagementReality star Georgia Toffolo has announced she became engaged to BrewDog founder James Watt while on holiday in Greece. The former Made In Chelsea star, 30, hailed the proposal as the “best moment of my life so far” as she shared the news on Instagram with a series of photographs. In the images, Toffolo can be seen beaming at the camera and she shows off a large engagement ring beside Watt.

Grammy-winning singer and actor Kris Kristofferson has been remembered as an “inspiration” who left a “resounding legacy” following his death at age 88. The American country music star died “peacefully” at his home in Maui, Hawaii on Saturday, a statement issued on behalf of his family said. During his career, the veteran musician wrote a host of classic standards which were covered by artists including Janis Joplin and Johnny Cash and he worked with film directors including Martin Scorsese.

The X Factor group have opened up about the "cathartic" experience of performing old classics in memory of their late bandmate Ben Thapa during their 20th-anniversary tour. The group, who shot to fame back in 2004 as runners-up on the first series of the ITV talent show, have been touring to celebrate two decades since their formation.

Scottish comedian Janey Godley has revealed she is receiving end-of-life care after her terminal cancer has spread. The 63-year-old stand-up announced she would be getting palliative care and going into a hospice in a video shared to social media. Godley thanked the NHS and those who have cared for her as well as her family, friends and fans for their support. "So I'm now in palliative care and I'm at end-of-life care now in the hospital", she said in the video.
