A woman was hit by a BART train at the North Berkeley station Monday morning, according to the Berkeley Fire Department. The 46-year-old woman was struck by a train just after 10 a.m., Deputy Fire Chief Keith May said. She was taken to an emergency room with “critical injuries,” said May, who did not share further information about her condition. BART spokesperson Chris Filippi said there was no indication of foul play in the incident.
