By Nicole Norfleet Three men were injured during a shooting near a Cub Foods grocery store in south Minneapolis on Sunday afternoon. Police responded to reports of shots fired around 1:45 p.m. Sunday in the 2800 block of 26th Avenue South and found three men with non-life-threatening gunshot wounds, according to a statement from Sgt. Garrett Parten, a Minneapolis police spokesman. Police said two gunmen got out of a vehicle and then shot multiple times at a man walking with his child.

By Nicole Norfleet A car on fire in a Minneapolis parking ramp sent smoke above Target Field during a Twins game Sunday afternoon. While official details about the blaze weren't immediately available, X user Luke Grothe captured video and pictures around 2 p.m. of fire crews extinguishing a burning sedan in Ramp B on 2nd Avenue N. near the baseball stadium. Smoke billowed above Target Field in eyeshot of Twins spectators. It is not known yet if there were any injuries.

By Nicole Norfleet A 66-year-old woman died when she was struck by a vehicle while she crossed a Bloomington highway on foot. On Saturday around 8:45 p.m., a pedestrian ran across the eastbound lanes of I-494 near Fort Snelling when she was hit by a SUV in the right lane west of 34th Avenue, according to the Minnesota State Patrol. The woman was identified as Cynthia Finnell of Bloomington. The driver of the vehicle was not injured.

A propane leak in Rosemount has prompted evacuations of nearby homes and the temporary shut down of a stretch of Hwy. 52. Few details about the leak were immediately available Wednesday night. Gov. Tim Walz posted on X around 7:30 p.m. that he had been briefed on the gas leak near the large Flint Hills Resources refinery in Rosemount. “I’m glad to hear that everyone is safe,” Walz said.
