    LONG POND, Pa. — It’s going to be one of the busiest weekends of the year in the Poconos—race weekend is here!   There are three races at the Tricky Triangle, starting today.  The main event is Sunday, The Great American Getaway 400. But it’s an entire weekend of events.   Thousands of people camp on the infield.  They started arriving yesterday. All 3,400 campsites are full. Tickets for Friday and Saturday are still available.

    WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. — If you've been to a Williamsport Crosscutters game in the last 18 years, chances are you've met this guy.  Rhashan West-Bey is well known around Historic Bowman Field.  He is the Director of Smiles. "I walk around the stadium, see all the fans, make people smile, shake people's hands," Crosscutters Director of Smiles Rhashan West-Bey said. Rhashan began attending Williamsport Crosscutters games as a fan in 2003.

    NOXEN, Pa. — While many people tend to be afraid of snakes, in Noxen there is a whole weekend dedicated to the rattlesnake.  The Rattlesnake Round-Up has been in Noxen since 1973.  People travel from all over to come to the event. Hunters venture out into the woods, searching for the biggest snakes they can find, competing for different prizes. Spectators pack the stands at the Noxen Fire Company Fairgrounds to see what the hunters brought in. It’s not only a competition, it’s also educational.

    DANVILLE, Pa. — A community organization in Central Pennsylvania is running a special program for veterans.  It's all part of the Danville Area Community Center's ongoing initiative to help vets in the area. It's called Coffee and Camaraderie.  The Danville Area Community Center says it's a way for veterans to connect and share stories while enjoying a hot cup of coffee. During next Saturday's event, there will be a presenter from the Pennsylvania Army National Guard.

    WILKES-BARRE, Pa. — If you’re looking for something fun to do outside this summer that won’t break the bank, check out the Riverfront Yoga Project in Wilkes-Barre.   This is the 16th year for the project, which offers free yoga to the community. Yogis of all ages and all skill levels are invited to Millennium Circle every Saturday at 10 am for a free 60-minute yoga class.   Each week, a yoga instructor from the community will host.
