LONDON — Police are investigating after a small fire broke out at Prime Minister Keir Starmer’s north London home in the early hours of Monday morning. The London Fire Brigade was called at 1:11 a.m. and quickly brought the fire under control. Nobody was hurt, though the front door was damaged, a cordon remains in place on the street and police are at the scene. A resident of the street said he heard a loud, one-off bang, that sounded like a “firebomb,” and possibly shattered glass.

Just imagine telling someone on May 8th 2015 — when David Cameron won an unexpected majority, Ed Miliband and Nick Clegg resigned, Nigel Farage (unsuccessfully) resigned and Nicola Sturgeon was flying high — about the events that would take place exactly a decade later. Blimey.
