    OLEAN, N.Y. — New York State Police arrested an Olean Police Officer on May 4 following an investigation. 50-year-old Jason L. DeYoe of Olean was charged with sexual conduct against a child in the 2nd degree and unlawful surveillance in the 2nd degree. According to State Police, the charges stem from a complaint that DeYoe, who is a police officer with the Olean Police Department, committed a sexual offense involving a minor. DeYoe was arraigned in Portville Town Court and released.

    DEPEW, N.Y. — The Erie County District Attorney's Office announced Friday and 18-year-old teenager was arraigned on charges in connection with a shooting that happened in Depew. The 18-year-old male was charged with one count of attempted murder in the second degree, one count of assault in the first degree, one count of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, and one count of assault in the second degree.

    NIAGARA COUNTY, N.Y. — A Niagara County family is reaching out to the community in hopes to locate a missing man, 46-year-old Scott Stopa. 2 On Your Side reached out to the Niagara County Sheriff's Office who confirmed the family's post on social media and that an 'attempt to locate' was sent out to nearby police departments. In the family's social media post, they said Scott has been missing since Tuesday, May 27 and that they are extremely concerned for his safety and well-being.

    CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. — The Cheektowaga Police Department is looking for the community's help in locating 15-year-old Lamar Wilson. Lamar was last seen in the area of Eggert Road and Tudor Road wearing all black clothing with a black backpack and carrying a gold suitcase, according to police. Police reports describe Lamar as a Black male with brown eyes and hair. He stands at 6'0" tall and weighs 130 lbs.
