Protein-protein interactions are essential for a variety of biological phenomena including mediating bio-chemical reactions, cell signaling, and the immune response. Proteins seek to form interfaces which reduce overall system energy. Although determination of single polypeptide chain protein structures has been revolutionized by deep learning techniques, complex prediction has still not been perfected. Additionally, experimentally determining structures is incredibly resource and time expensive.

#1 I wanted to post a firsthand review of the Zidoo UHD2000 for anyone who is interested in it as media player. I noticed that there is not much discussion surrounding the UHD2000 even though it comes with a newer chip, but priced lower than the Zappiti pro. I also want to declare that I am not associated with Zidoo in any way... I only bought the player through their website with my fingers crossed hoping that it’s not a $900 disaster. The UHD2000 is being compared directly to the Zidoo Z9S...

INTRODUCTION Canada's multiculturalism and immigration policies have attracted many immigrants and international students. According to Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Canada report (2023), China ranks as the second-largest source country at 12% of international students, following India at 39%, with 102,150 Chinese international students studying in Canada. About 50% of these students are destined for colleges and universities in Ontario, the province where our study is conducted.

Lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) are the most widely used vehicles for mRNA vaccine delivery. The structure of the lipids composing the LNPs can have a major impact on the effectiveness of the mRNA payload. Several properties should be optimized to improve delivery and expression including biodegradability, synthetic accessibility and transfection efficiency (TE). To optimize LNPs we developed and tested models that enable the virtual screening of LNPs with high TE.

Research is improving our understanding of how the microbiome interacts with the human body and its impact on human health. Existing machine learning methods have shown great potential in discriminating healthy from diseased microbiome states. However, Machine Learning based prediction using microbiome data has challenges such as, small sample size, imbalance between cases and controls and high cost of collecting large number of samples.

Abstract Stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) is increasingly used to treat spine metastases. Current post-SBRT imaging surveillance strategies in this patient population may benefit from a more data-drive and personalized approach. The objective of this study was to develop risk stratified post-SBRT magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) surveillance strategies using quantitative methods.
