He says only one other time, a storm brought as much damage to his home as Tuesday night’s storm did. “It’s been a long time ago. We thought that was the last one they said, never hit here, which is one of the reasons I wanted this house. I’m protected by the hill, or so I thought, no storms will get to me, but they did,” Wolfe said. “I know what storm when I see one, and this was a tremendous storm.
