REEDS SPRING, Mo — Just 177 votes were cast for mayor in a small Stone County town, and 114 of them were write-in votes. This leaves results up in the air until they are certified Friday. This morning, unofficial municipal election results for Reeds Spring show that Jimmy Leach is leading the vote with just 32 votes, according to the Stone County Clerk’s office. Behind Leach, Melissa Freeman has 17 votes, and Brian James Bailey has 14.

With 100% of the precincts reporting, Schrag defeated Mary Collette with a total of 8,702 votes to Collette’s 5,447 votes.
