MISSOURI — The Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) revealed photos of a new low-visibility marking feature on some of their vehicles. According to the MSHP Facebook page, the new feature—called ‘ghost graphics’—heavily hides the markings on a trooper’s car, blending it during the day but reflecting at night.
