HAMPTON — A judge has ordered a local family to remove their two pet pigs by May 10 or face contempt charges for violating a court-ordered agreement signed in 2023. Jessica Lapa Beals and Elliot Beals agreed two years ago to remove the pigs from their Esker Road property as part of a lawsuit settlement with the town of Hampton. The town of Hampton is taking legal action against Jessica Lapa Beals and Elliot Beals for failing to remove their two pigs from their home.
