Tidewater Landing's next phase will include over 600 housing units, commercial space, and public amenities. The development will feature two large buildings with market-rate housing and commercial space, and a smaller building with mixed-rate housing. Construction will begin with a 300-unit building east of the Seekonk River, followed by a 250-unit building with commercial space on the west side.
