Each Sutra in the book is paired with QR codes, which link readers to meditations, mantras, physical practices, and music. The audible version also includes the traditional chanting of the sutras.

PARK CITY, Utah — The Mountain Trails Foundation is set to receive donations from a community yoga class hosted by a local yoga teacher on July 13, 2024. The class will be held at The Shop, a yoga studio and event center located at 1167 Woodside Ave, Park City, UT. Samantha Zilvitis, an avid trail user, is leading the donation-based class at 3:30 p.m. Mats and props will be available. After the class, there will be a community potluck.
