BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) - We'll start our Tuesday with a bit of morning sunshine followed by increasing clouds overhead. Clouds are fully in place as we head through much of the afternoon and we'll see mostly cloudy skies overhead. Highs for the day climb back into the 40s and 50s. Across the southeastern portions of the area, they get in on the clouds first, and are tapping into some cooler air across southern New England, they'll stay in the 40s.

BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) - The weekend has arrived, and so has the next round of rain, snow, and wind. The worst of the wind will occur between the mid to late morning hour today before they begin to subside. Most will see snow transitioning into rain showers this morning. Rain showers will transition back into some show-shower activity later this afternoon as temperatures fall from the 40s to the 30s. Tonight, we could see a few more snow showers as overnight lows fall into the teens and 20s.

BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) - Happy Wednesday! We had the sunshine for a day, and now it has come and gone. As we head through our Wednesday, mostly cloudy skies stick around. There could be a few light snow flurries in and around the upper elevations today, but most of us stay primarily dry. We'll keep the southerly breeze today, which will help keep us relatively mild as temperatures climb into the mid and upper 30s and lower 40s.

BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) - Happy Saturday! We will start our day with a few leftover light rain and snow showers, but that is having few impacts on area roadways. As we head through the rest of your Saturday, we will see drier conditions, but the gray skies and clouds will stick around. A spot snow flurry here and there this afternoon can't be ruled out in the upper elevations as temperatures climb into the 30s.

BURLINGTON, Vt. (WCAX) - Happy Wednesday! We again woke up to scattered showers and patchy dense fog this morning. Fog should lift within the morning hours today, giving way to mostly cloudy skies overhead. Showers will continue on & off in nature through the course of the day as afternoon highs climb into the 40s for daytime highs. Scattered showers continue tonight as overnight fall back into the mid and upper 30s and lower 40s.
